The Terminal 91 Neighbors' Advisory Committee (NAC) is composed of representatives of the Magnolia Community Club, Queen Anne Community Council and representatives of the Port of Seattle. NAC serves as the communications forum where the port, city and community representatives openly discuss emerging issues and attempt to resolve potential problems or disagreements related to the use and development of Port of Seattle-owned land in the Interbay area between the Queen Anne and Magnolia neighborhoods. Issues discussed have included:

• Impacts of the Magnolia Bridge replacement.
• Redevelopment of Smith Cove Park
• Access to the shoreline and the status of the Greenbelt adjacent to Terminal 91.
